There are many reasons people use flotation therapy......... to de-stress, detoxify, solidify hypnotherapy sessions, decrease chronic pain, and enhance meditation, to name a few.

Scientists estimate that up to 90% of the brain's normal workload is engaged by the effects of routine environmental stimulation combined with the effects of gravity, temperature, touch, light and sound on the muscular, cardiovascular and nervous systems of the body, as well as the sensory organs.

The float tank screens out these external physical stimuli, creating a pure state of "sensory" relaxation. Under these unique conditions, your body has a chance to restore its natural powers of self-regulation, while you simply lie back and rediscover the latent abilities of a deeply relaxed mind. Many people also find that gentle, ambient music accelerates and intensifies the relaxation process.

Upon entering the float tank, you will be floating in 10 inches of water and Epsom salts. This is a 20% solution. The solution allows your body to float like a cork.
The tank is enclosed, so no outside stimuli will bother you. There is nothing quite like this!!

A shower and toiletries are furnished for your convenience.
